Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Shipping: Shipping charges will be specified at the time of check out. For cash on delivery orders, an additional fee will be charged.
Delivery Time: We aim to ship all domestic orders within 3-5 working days or by the agreed-upon delivery date at the time of order confirmation, depending on courier or postal service norms. We use registered domestic courier companies or Speed Post for all deliveries.
Responsibility: While we guarantee dispatch of your order to the courier or postal service within 3-5 working days, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service. We will always ensure that your package is shipped to the registered address provided at the time of payment, unless you specify a different address when placing the order.
Transit Damages: We take utmost care to ensure your order is securely packed, but we are not liable for any damages that may occur while the package is in transit. For breakable items, we recommend you take a video of opening the package. In case of any breakage or damage, we can help by sending the video to the delivery partner.

Out of Stock Policy

Product Availability: In case a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you within 24 hours. You will have the option to wait for the item to be restocked, choose an alternative product, or request a full refund.
Delayed Orders: If a product goes out of stock unexpectedly, your order may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you with updated shipping timelines and options.
